Gozo Tennis was founded in 2020 by Bert, after arriving on the island, with a simple goal: to be able to play tennis and to make tennis accessible to everyone on the island.

What started as a small group of local players has grown into a community of over 150 active players, including residents, expats and visitors who come to enjoy tennis in Gozo's unique setting.
What We Do:
Regular social tennis sessions
Four tournaments per year (singles and doubles)
Challenge ladder for competitive players
Welcoming players of all levels — from beginners to advanced
Our Home Court: We play primarily at the Kercem tennis facility, that serves as the hub for our community activities and we also make use of other tennis facilities on the island.
Looking Ahead: In 2026/7, we're formalising our structure through a registered Voluntary Organisation that will continue to serve the tennis community while expanding into coaching and development programmes.
